Resumo:
It rights of the child took mankind a long time to accept that human rightas apply to all human beings without exception. This means a universal undestanding that the basis which unites us all as citizens of one community can be nothng else than respect for the human being as such. Without that basis a society ora real human community is excluded. The UN Declaration, of wich we celebrate the 50 th anniversary this year, emphasises as a final bassi for all law and justice, the inherent human dignity and the inalienable rights wich every human being possesses by nature.
