Resumo:
This paper aims at presenting conceptual and theoretical grounds for the development of artificial intelligent systems targeting environmental management. Focus will be given to the development of an expert program to assist the users in dealing with the rural environment, granting them legal and environmental education, as developed in the scope of the CRHA Project (Environmental and Agricultural Watershed Management for the Conservation of Water Resources). This work is useful in demonstrating the feasibility of computational applications involving Legal Sciences and Agricultural and Environmental Geosciences. It also demonstrates the potential of logic analysis applied to technical and scientific knowledge.
